About Our Traditional Preschool
Quest for Knowledge Preschool program encompasses all of the State of Illinois Early Learning areas which include social/emotional development, language arts, math, science, social science, fine arts, and physical development and health in our kindergarten readiness curriculum. Our goal is to create a warm and loving environment that helps children progress to their fullest potential and encourages a love for learning.
Our philosophy is to educate children through guided and self exploration in a center-based, creative, and nurturing atmosphere. We believe that honoring the individuality of every child will encourage respect for oneself and for others. We strive to develop a united common goal between families and preschool staff to build academic, social, and self-help skills. Our ultimate goal is for children to love to come to school.

Children will bring their lunch and stay and eat and play.
Expand learning and development with cooking, science, art, math, music, computer, and specialty classes.
Traditional Preschool Descriptions
This class will follow a traditional 3-4 year old preschool curriculum, focusing on kindergarten readiness.
Computer activities, gym, music, art, and science are also part of the weekly activity.
This class incorporates all aspects of the Half Day preschool curriculum plus lunch (children bring their own). The extended time will allow for additional kindergarten readiness skills, math, multicultural awareness, drama, fun nature slides, and small group activities.
Parents, would like a little more time? Then sign up for Lunch Bunch! We will eat lunch (children will bring their own), and have playtime.
